Fragment of Early Babylonian Pin of Silver
Thinkels of bronze are very common in ancient times because bronze was an inexpensive metal easily found and worked.
Silver being less common was therefore a more expensive metal owned mostly by the well-to-do.
This lovely pin of silver, though missing its bottom half, would be one prized by its owner in those ancient times.
